The Challenge

The customer had particularly stringent requirements as regards acceptable levels of vibration. Their internal health and safety advisors had highlighted a need to replace the incumbent product with one that could be used throughout the day without exceeding an exposure action value (EAV) of 100 points.

Advantage Realised

SAIT was able to implement a solution that reduced exposure points per hour by 93% vs. the existing product, satisfying the internal requirements for vibration reduction.
